• Temperature: 300–315°F
• Pressure: Medium to firm
• Press Time: 10–15 seconds
• Peel: Cold peel (let cool completely)
• Repress: 5–10 seconds with parchment or Teflon sheet

⚠️ Heat press strongly recommended. Household irons are NOT advised.
