- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Custom or handmade items may require additional processing time. If so, the estimated timeframe will be communicated clearly on the product page or via email.
Shipping Times
- Once your order is processed, it will typically take 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Shipping delays due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Tracking Information
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
